EC workshops, on site training, and teacher coaching are now available!
Early Childhood research continues to show the life long cost effectiveness of High Quality Pre-K programs. This evidence caused TEA to update the guidelines and allocate funding through HB4. As we move forward to implement a high quality program, Region 7 will provide support for teachers, paras, and administrators. We will need to work together to ensure that every minute of every day is tied to our Pre-K guidelines in order to deepen and maximize student engagement and learning!
CLI Progress Monitoring and Circle Training
The CLI website includes online training for Progress Monitoring, data reports, best practices, teacher observation tracking, and all Circle learning activities. The district or site principal must create teacher accounts for each Pre-K teacher before the teacher can access the CLI resources. Please contact your principal or district personnel, if you do not have your log in information. Click on the button below to go to the CLI homepage.
Training materials (upon completion) and general resources will be available through Google Drive. Remember that you need to open or download any Microsoft Office material you want to use to your desktop. Please only make changes to a copy that you have downloaded to your own desktop. Feel free to upload and share any units, lessons, and resources that you have found useful. Click the button below to go to the EC Resources Folder.
