Walking on a straight line helps children have perfect equilibrium and help coordinate movements. Also allows them to understand the use of movement concepts while traveling through space.

This allows them to engage in long periods of active play and exercise. They help build arm and leg strength.
Throw and Catch a ball
Helps improve hand-eye coordination and develops muscle strength.
Ride a Tricycle
Develops good core stability and balance. Well established vestibular and proprioceptive systems.
Jump forward many times without falling
Help them have a more stable balance and help their leg muscle strength.
Roll, Pound, Squeeze and Pull Clay
Helps the children learn how to create new things off of their imagination while they explore the texture of the clay.
