With the winter weather setting in we want to remind all of our families that students should NOT be dropped off at Westgate prior to 8:10. Supervision isn't available until then. We appreciate your help in keeping our students safe. If the temperature is below "Feels like 10" we will most likely come in the gym. Again, doors will not be opened prior to 8:10. If it works for your family to drop off closer to 8:20, we appreciate that on these cold weather days. Thank you for your understanding of these expectations and for sticking by these expectations to keep our students safe.

We are THANKFUL for all of the support our families have shown our staff this first few months of the 2022-2023 school year. Without your support we wouldn't be successful at what we do each day. We hope that you enjoy the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday with your family and friends. You deserve it.

Westside Community Schools provides clothing and food assistance through the Family Resource Center to students and their families who may need extra support. Families can contact the School Social Worker, April Anderson, by email or at 402-408-8914 to arrange a time to meet there.
