Tech Tidbits
To: Campus Support and Technical Contacts
This email is to inform you of mandatory maintenance that is required to be performed on the Infinite Campus server(s) located in your district. This maintenance is related to the current state of the server(s) due to Windows Updates that occurred earlier this month. Managed Services will be performing manual interventions to finalize the AVG Anti-Virus installation which will require a restart of the Campus server(s).
Your district's mandatory maintenance will occur Thursday, February 15th, 2018 at 9:00PM local time and there will be approximately 60 minutes of downtime. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.
TECH Tidbits: UNITY
The county has asked that all staff restart their computers at least once a week. This helps with necessary software updates. Fridays are highly recommended!
Ruth Allen will be here on Wednesday morning in Emmert's office if you have any technology questions.
HELP NEEDED....PLEASE SEE TASKS BELOW THAT REQUIRE ACTION THIS WEEK.

Moments of Mustang Might
Each week we want to highlight staff members who demonstrate the 7 Habits qualities.
When people make an impact on you, please share the moment so we can celebrate each other. Email Jen E by Friday at lunch time each week to highlight our teammates.
- Thank you Craig Anthony and Ben Rivers for their mechanic skills to help a parent in the car rider line in the freezing cold morning.
I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Al who stayed late one night and helped my husband change my tire. The jack wasn't working right and it took both of them. This was not something he had to do, but was happy to assist.
A thank you to all my SPED department members for always being willing to step in and switch around at a moment's notice. Whether it be to teach someone else's class, come up with suggestions to assist, or just a willingness to be so flexible. This team never ceases to amaze me.
Kuddos to Sarah LeBlanc for all of her help and guidance in the work with Quick Writes.
Thanks to Jennifer Lundstrum for her help with all of our technology needs!
Thank you to everyone who participated in their PLCs as you continue to grow your professional teaching craft.

Marvelous Mustang Moment Postcards: Please be sure to stop by Martha's desk and pick up a postcard to send to a few of your amazing students. You will let them know how proud you are of something they have done regarding behavior, academic, or leadership qualities.
