an invitation to deepen your artistry and take care of your instrument. With a focus on therapeutic alignment around the most common dancer injuries this class will be an experience in diving deeper inward.

Angie Campbell

Angie's passion for yoga is rooted in it's transformative power. She believes the potency of practice comes from remembering how to play… that in every yoga pose, exists a lifetime. Her classes emphasize alignment as a means to full expression and aim to build on the sweet simplicity of meeting ourselves exactly where we are. Angie has been teaching and practicing yoga for a decade. Her first teacher trainings were in Mr. Iyengar's style with Rod Stryker and Erich Schiffmann. In 2006 she did a 200 hr. teacher training in the Anusara method with Bea Doyle in New Mexico. Since then she's studied with several of the great teachers that have contributed to what was originally the Anusara tradition. She has a beloved personal practice of asana and meditation and enjoys studying the philosophical teachings of luminaries Douglas Brooks, Sally Kempton and William Mahony among others.
