SAT Waivers Available

If you are interested in taking the SAT this year, currently, the test centers are open. You can get a fee waiver if you meet one of the following qualifications:

You are on Free or Reduced lunch
You are enrolled in a program like TRIO, Upward Bound or AVID
Your family receives public assistance
You live in a foster home or are considered homeless

Current SAT test dates:
March 13 (you must be registered by Feb 12)
May 8 (you must be registered by April 8)
June 5 (you must be registered by May 6)

Before you can participate you must complete the online registration. Look for the select language or translation button. Many languages available. For more info click here. You will register through the online payment system. You will need a ParentVue account to register. If you do not have a ParentVue account email ahs-communications@beaverton.k12.or.us. Include your student's full name and ID number. An access code will be emailed back to you.

Immunization Exclusion Day is February 17

A reminder fromour School Nurse to ensure your child is up to date on all immunizations. While we currently remain in distance-learning, any child not up to date on immunizations by exclusion day (February 17th) will be excluded from any on-site school activities that occur until immunizations are complete or an exemption document is received. This includes Limited In Person Instruction, hybrid-learning, athletics, school events, and any other on-site activity. Please contact your health care provider to obtain any records, documents, or immunizations required. Vaccines are also available through Virginia Garcia as well as the Beaverton School-Based Health Center and Merlo School-Based Health Center, or you can find another location at https://vaccinefinder.org/

-Grab and go breakfast/lunches will be available EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY at Aloha High School. Tuesdays lunches will include a breakfast and lunch for both Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursdays lunches will include a breakfast and lunch for Thursday, Friday, and Monday. Any person ages 1-18 can get free meals at these locations. CLICK this link to see if a bus stop drop off might be closer for your pick-up.

Join the Wellness Center for Lunch

Our Wellness Center is open for students every day during the lunch hour from 11:15 to 12:15, including Wednesdays. Students are welcome to just check it out, or can show up if they have concerns, worries, feel lonely, or are struggling in any way. We have a team of skilled and resourceful mental health staff.


The link to the Wellness Center is on the Canvas Homeroom page. On the homeroom page see Virtual Wellness Center with links to good and fun resources to access independently.
