Next week is Red Ribbon Week. We will be talking to students about a healthy lifestyle as well as having fun with spirit week. Click this link for daily fun activities or see below.

Monday/Wear your Halloween Costume: Scare Away Drugs! Wear your Halloween costume to school and participate in the costume parade at lunch. Please no masks, weapons, or excessive gore. Wear shoes that you can run and play in and make sure you are able to learn in your costume. You may want to bring a change of clothes.

Tuesday/Wear Red: Sign a pledge to stay drug free! Students will have a chance to win prizes.

Wednesday/Crazy Hair Day: Doing alcohol, tobacco, and drugs is crazy! Students participate in Fast Feet at lunchtime.

Thursday/Pajama Day: Staying healthy means getting AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep a night. Students will participate in a Cake Walk.

Friday/Door Decorating Contest: Close the door on alcohol, tobacco, and drugs! Students will shake away drugs with a Hula Hoop contest at lunch.

Additionally, I want to share with you our Parent-School Compact (English/Spanish) and Family Engagement Policy (English/Spanish). Together, we can advance learning and growth for ALL of our scholars!
