LCPS Attendance for Monday
Permission Click will be used for the Monday Motivator attendance on 9/21. As a reminder, we will be recording Monday’s Asynchronous attendance through the Permission Click ‘Monday Motivator’ Form on both September 21 and September 28. All parents will receive an email from the Public Information office on Friday and Monday. All students will receive an email on Monday asking them to complete the form. The attendance secretary/registrar will run a report each Monday to determine which students did not respond and will manually mark these students absent.
Picture Day (s) Information
Picture Day Update:
This is a reminder that our picture days will be held September 21, 28, and October 5th.
September 21 is for last names A to G (11:30 to 4:00). See this flier for additional details. If you cannot make your designated window, please contact your grade level House Secretary to switch dates. We are flexible but want to make sure we can handle the traffic coming in. To ensure safety, we will be following several safety protocols:
- Please complete this LCPS health survey before arriving.
- Random temperature checks will be taken.
- Students must wear a mask while they are in the building but can take it off for their picture time.
- Students will enter and be asked to stand at assigned cones to maintain social distancing.
Thank you for your help in making this a safe and smiling picture day! Kristen Hepner, Assistant Principal (firstname.lastname@example.org)
MAP Testing Reminder
On the morning of Monday, Sept. 21, please have all students log into their Advisory/Hive Time Google Meet by 8:45. Testing will start at 9:00 once staff have worked with kids in accessing the correct testing site and issuing test sessions and test codes.
We expect testing to last approximately one hour. We have planned for students who will take longer to complete the assessment at a later day (forthcoming information from your child's teacher with specific directions and times).

Here is the link for free and reduced lunch. It is an option for all families and a reminder that parents need to reapply each year. Currently meals are provided free to all families at the school, but the free and reduced program can also qualify students for waived fees for some (not all) school activities. Here is the link:
