"Napoleon", 12-pounder Howitzer
Napoleon, Was one of the most effective cannons during the Civil War. This cannon either used shells or ball canister, going up to 1,072 feet hitting anything that gets in its way.
“Minié balls”
This new affective round could go about 1,000 feet farther then the musket ball, This was the round that the Union used during the Civil War. This cone shaped round was easier to reload and shoot, this made the person who was shooting the round more accurate, and affective.
Gatling gun
This six-barreled machine shot up to 350 pounds of ammunation a minute. The U.S Government never order the gatling gun in bulk. But the union General Benjamin, butler purchased several of the intimating weapon.
Gettysburg
This battle was the bloodiest battle of the civil war, With 7,863 union troops deaths and 4,708 confederate troops. This is where Abraham Lincoln did his famous speech, Gettysburg address.
