Drop-In Advising with Peer Advisors
Happy Spring! As the school year comes to an end, we still want to make sure you're on track with your majors. Whether you're graduating soon or just getting ready for the next school year, we're here to help! Peer Advisors are available for drop-ins and over email to provide one-on-one advising for students! All Peer Advisors are trained to answer general questions regarding the Cognitive Science and Psychology undergraduate majors, and assist with: personal academic plans, graduation checks, general questions about the majors, major declaration questions, and much more. You can find the Drop-In Advising schedule and instructions to access remote advising on the Undergraduate Advising webpage.
Major Declaration Workshops
If you need help filling out the major declaration request form to submit by APRIL 29, attend a Major Declaration Workshop for assistance. We are offering 3 workshops before the deadline on April 26 (@1:30pm), April 27 (@2:30pm), and April 28 (@11:00am). Peer Advisors will walk you through the steps in filling out the declaration request form online. The schedule and Zoom link for these events are posted in our Advising Calendar!
Note that workshop attendance is NOT required to declare complete the major declaration form on your own. If you are not able to attend a workshop but want assistance with your declaration, you can attend Drop-in Advising with a Peer Advisor. You can find the instructions and the schedule for drop-in advising in our Advising Calendar.
REMINDER: The Major Declaration Deadline for Spring 2021 is: April 29, 2021!
