Smithton Library News
Summer 2017
End of Year Update
It's hard to believe that the school year is already over. It seems like just last week that we were learning about library skills and which books were new. The fourth graders got excited about finding out that the book study we did over Escape From Mr. Lemoncello's Library is going to be a made-for-TV movie. It'll be out in November on Nickelodeon.
There are still about 30 or so books that haven't found their way back to the library. Please return them at the beginning of the school year when you find them over the summer.
Finally, it is with sad news that we inform you that Mrs. DeMarco and Mrs. Bryan will not be returning to the library next year. Mrs. DeMarco is moving on, closer to her hometown. And Mrs. Bryan is still going to be with Smithton, she will just have a different role.
We both wish you a wonderful summer break!
