Watching out for BURNOUT

With everything going on in the world these days, stress seems to be in the same sentence as burnout in articles I researched for this newsletter, more times than I care to mention. There are SO many resources about stress and where it comes from. Especially with regards to families, educational staff and kids.... since knowledge and education can open us up to new possibilities and ways to grow, let’s take this opportunity to learn as much as we can about stress. This week, we will look at how stress is affecting people, what you can do to release the stress in a healthy manner and who to ask for help when you need support. When it becomes too much, and we lack the resources to deal with the stress, we head towards the land of burnout. Let’s take a look at that, too, so we can learn the signs and symptoms, and what we can do and where we can go, to get help. Stress is not always bad, if we can manage it...see, below :)
