On a Hymnsong by Philip Bliss

Thoughts
As I listened to the song, many images came into my head. At the beginning, a serene ocean wave came into my head; ocean waves beating against my legs. I also felt relaxed because I thought about somebody just lying there, floating on a pool. As I kept listening, I thought about children playing in a meadow on a sunny morning; worry free. Around the end it seemed to be as if there was a storm approaching into a town and devastation was ahead. When all of the sudden it came; there was sorrow and chaos. Next, I could see that the town was recovering and was relieved from the storm.
