5:00-7:00pm

This NEW night is a combination of the previous Sneak a Peek and Back to School Nights.

Families may drop off their supplies at any time during the evening, but classroom presentations will follow the below schedule. Presentations will be held in the individual classrooms.

1st grade: 5:00-5:15pm

2nd grade: 5:20-5:35pm

3rd grade: 5:40-5:55pm

4th grade: 6:00-6:15pm

5th grade: 6:20-6:35pm

6th grade: 6:40-6:55pm

***Kindergarten parents will get their classroom information during the individual Kindergarten Conferences

State Assessment and KELPA Letters

Student results will be sent by the teacher with students prior to the end of the year. The links below are an explanation for how to read the reports from the state. We had a great testing season this year and our very proud of our results as a school.

Lost and Found

All lost and found items will be donated at the end of the school year. Please have your child look through the cabinet to find their lost treasures prior to the last day of school.

School Supplies

School Supplies for the 2019-20 Ray Marsh school year are on sale now from the PTA! Order online before summer begins – everything your child needs will be delivered to Sneak-A-Peek in the fall… no shopping required! Immunization/Physical Reminders for Incoming Students

All students must show one of each of the required immunizations to attend school. From there, they have 60 days from their first day of school to get next in series immunization doses and they have 90 days from the first day of school to turn a physical in.

iPads -Fees applied in Skyward

We are in the beginning stages of checking in iPads for this school year. During the inspection, we may find that your child's iPad has some damages. These damages are uploaded to our Destiny system and the fine appears in Skyward. Our staff will reach out to you if a fine is applied to your account. Common fines are:

  • Lost or Damaged brick or cord (must be Apple product or fine assessed and new one issued to student)
  • Damage to iPad itself
  • Damage to case

Lunch Accounts

Please double check your Skyward lunch balance prior to the end of the school year. Accounts in the negative may be sent to collections.

Library Fines

Please check Skyward for any library fines that have been applied. These need to be paid online.
