Finishing Strong

We are two weeks to the finish of the school year. With that being said, I want to encourage you to finish strong. We have endured much during this season of uncertainty, but one thing I am certain of, is we are resilient. Thank your for sticking it out and continuing to work with us, as our teachers have passionately been working to continue to provide instruction, guidance, and activities for all of our students. the last day to submit assignments for grading is Thursday, May 21. We have already begun planning for next year, but before when begin sharing any of that, we want to celebrate our students efforts and achievements throughout the school year. This week we will host the RPM Zoom Awards for each grade level. On Thursday we will celebrate our 5th grade students in their end of year Bridging Ceremony, which signifies their transition from elementary to middle school. Please note the days and times for each celebration, and watch your dojo class stories and messages closely for the links to participate. We will round out this week's celebration with Virtual Field Day that is sure to be a blast. The cool thing about this virtual field day is that it really lasts all week. Coach Hughes has provided some really fun games and challenges for each day of the week, and of course on Friday, we will see you on Instagram @rpmelementary for our scavenger hunt. We can't wait to see all of our students and families involved in our field day activities. As always, we do thank you for partnering with us as we build children character, and community everyday in this new way. Have a great week!

Spring Pictures - Update

Please see information provided to me regarding the location of Spring Pictures. I have requested a reprint, however that still puts us in a holding pattern. I will continue to keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.

During this time, we hope you will understand we are working within the same limitations the rest of the country is. The immediate shutdown caught everyone off guard and created a ripple effect that no one could have anticipated. We are navigating the waters but it has created a significant backlog at our labs, UPS hubs, and our local office.

Our Plano lab and our Dallas office are starting to open but due to regulations, we are operating at a fraction of our normal capacity. Please bear with us as we work to process what's in the building and unwind UPS package handling. We will connect with you as soon as we have information on your boxes to make arrangements for delivery.

If your parents have questions, please direct them to call our customer service line at 1-800-736-4753.
