Judy Hemphill

Math Intervention Specialist

Education and Experience

I received a bachelor of science from The University of Texas at Arlington with a major in Anthropology. In 2010, I furthered my education by receiving a Masters in Educational Administration from Texas Woman's University.

The 2013-2014 school year marks my 20th year in education. Most of my experience has been at the elementary level teaching 4th and 5th grade. I also served as an Instructional Specialist at Lee Elementary for 3 years prior to coming to Brown.

About Me

My favorite things to do while I'm not at school are decorating, gardening, and visiting art museums. In order to de-stress throughout the week, I participate in weight lifting, yoga, and Zumba classes at my local gym.

I also enjoy spending time with my family. I have 2 sisters, 2 nieces and tons of aunts, uncles, and cousins!
