A Message from the FSA President
Dear Parents of St. Francis Catholic School,
Can you believe how quickly the school year is going?! The holidays are right around the corner and with that being said the FSA has several events and fundraisers you will not want to miss.
The FSA will now be communicating the details of all our events through a monthly newsletter. The newsletter will be emailed to you the second week of every month. In each newsletter you will find the details of upcoming events, how to register for them, how you can participate and volunteer and who to contact if you have any questions. We will also include updates and information regarding Family Faith Formation, Partner Programs, Spirit Wear and Discount Cards.
The annual trunk or treat is just a few short weeks away. Check out the info below and register your car. This is great fun for both the parents and the students and you will not want to miss out!
Thank you for your continued support and I look forward to seeing everyone!

Pottery Jam 2019
The St. Francis Annual "Pottery Jam" Fundraiser is fast-approaching! For those of you new to SFCS this year, or if you did not attend last year, Pottery Jam is a weekend-long paint-your-own pottery fundraising event! There are no "sitting" fees, no additional fees for the paint or for the firing in our school's kiln (yes, our Art Department has its' own kiln - isn't that so cool??) - you only pay for the pottery your purchase to paint. Once your pottery has been fired in the kiln and cooled, it will be available for pick-up inside the front entrance to the school (usually takes a week for all pottery to be fired). All pottery sales go directly to our school's Fine Arts Department. Last year we raised close to $3,000 and Mrs. Sweeney was able to purchase some "wish list" items for the art and music room and also has some exciting musical instruments in mind for this year.
Students and families are welcome to attend Pottery Jam at any time (see attached schedule of weekend events). However, we offer "class sessions" so entire classes can come together in fellowship and spend time together painting pottery. If your child(ren) wish to attend a class session, please click on the RSVP link below. Also, in the link below you will find the option to RSVP to "Mom's Pottery Night" on Thursday, November 7th - please see the flier below for additional information. Last year we hosted our first Mom's Pottery Night and it was so fun!
