Avoid the $2,000 Per Person Annual Penalty for Your Entire Location

Take Action Now....

to avoid the IRS penalty for your entire location. The IRS is requiring annual reporting from employers beginning 2016 and beyond. We must be able to provide proof that at least 95% of each locations benefit eligible employees were offered medical coverage to avoid this penalty.

As a reminder the Central Support Benefits team will be available today until 6pm Pacific. Tues, Nov 17 we return to our normal hours of operation Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm Pacific.

Online Open Enrollment closes on Monday, Nov 16, 2015 at 11:59pm

Daily Reports

The daily report has been posted to the Common X Drive > HR & Benefits > 2016 Benefits > Open Enrollment Reporting 11.16.xls.

This report reflects employees who need to complete their 2016 medical plan enrollment election (enroll or decline). Even if employees do not wish to make any changes, they must still go online to confirm their 2016 medical benefits. The second tab of the workbook contains the Barometer stats for each location.

As of today, Nov 16, we are at 86% completion companywide!
