December 14, 2018
What a wonderful week this has been as we celebrated the coming holidays with the musical talents of our School Chorus and Guitar Students!! What a joyous time we have had at our Sing-a-longs as we are now in the spirit of the holidays! Many thanks to our students for their commitment to singing and music as well as to our teachers, Mrs. Rogers and Ms. Trent!
Next week promises to be very busy with Winter Celebrations on Wednesday and Thursday. I ask that all guests to please remember you must sign in at the kiosk with your driver's license.
Please remember that Friday, Dec. 21, is an early dismissal day at 11:40 a.m. Both breakfast and lunch will be served. If your child is going home in a different manner, please send a note to your child's teacher. Thank you for your help with this.
Please ask your child to check lost and found. We look a bit like Wal-Mart! We will box up the lost and found at the end of this week after checking for names. We truly don't want students to not have their coats for the holidays...so, yes...check, check, check our lost and found this week.
I am truly amazed that the coming week is the last school week of 2018!!! Time has literally flown by! Please know that we are so appreciative and celebrate that you share your children with us. Let's make this week a special week filled with memorable learning!
Have a safe and wonderful weekend! Share a good book and do that workout with your child!
Yours truly,
Jan Fickling, Principal
