Please help us show our love and support for our dear friend and teacher Amy Diego and her family as she fights ALS. Amy is a strong, brave, amazing woman who continues to inspire us with her spirit and her smile. The family could use help with dinner meals a few times a week. If meal support isn’t feasible but you’d like to help, we have set up a GoFundMe page. Please use this page to sign up to help with a meal, access the GoFundMe to make a donation, or simply share a message of support. Thank you!

Vision

We believe in an equitable school community where multiple perspectives are invited and celebrated.

Mission

We actively seek to understand the complex and rich identities of self and others, and to lean into difficult topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that this work is a responsibility held by all and done for all. This pursuit prepares the children and adults in our community to be change agents of our increasingly diverse and global world, affecting systemic change.

The PTA funds a teacher activity fund so teachers can purchase supplies, books, and curriculum; funds field trips and special off campus activities; scholarships so no child misses out on enrichment classes or field trips; social community building events for families; and funds for our environmental education and performing arts charter programs.

The Education Foundation funds teacher salaries including Music, Physical Education, Advanced Math, and Garden teachers.

SPRING BREAK CAMPS

Census Data - Parents We Need Your Help!

Every 10 years, people across the country and in California fill out the Census in order to have an accurate count of all people in the United States. The Census determines California’s federal funding for important community services that help support our families. Accurate Census data will secure federal funding for programs like special education, before-and-after school programs, and school nutrition programs.

The next Census is in Spring 2020. Let’s ensure all Californians are counted so we can put those resources to good use here at home! Don’t Delay! Be sure to fill out your census form before April 30th.
