VALENTINE FLOODED SUGAR COOKIES

This class will teach you how to get the perfect royal icing consistency for outlining, flooding and piping your sugar cookies. We will cover how to use a disposable piping bag as well as how to make your own parchment bags. We will do basic flooding, wet on wet designs, marbling, and simple stenciling. All cookies, icing, and supplies are provided.

EMBELLISHED FLOWER CUPCAKES

In this class you will learn how to enhance your flowers and piping techniques with additional color striping to your piping bags. You will also learn how to add dimension to your petals by using brushes and petal dust. This is a fun class to learn all the pretty touches you can add to your spring flowers. All the supplies, frosting and cupcakes are included.
