Epithelial Tissue
Epithelial tissue covers the outside of the body. It is made of closely packed cells of one or more layers. The epithelial tissue is the protective barrier of the body.

Connective Tissue
Connective tissue keeps the form of the body and the organs. This tissue provides internal support. The fibrous tissue creates: bones, ligaments, tendons and cartilage.
Muscular Tissue
Muscle tissue allows the body to move. There are three main types of muscle tissue are: cardiac, smooth and skeletal. The cardiac tissue is in the heart. The smooth tissue is in the stomach and intestines. The skeletal tissue help the body move.

Nervous Tissue
Nervous tissue reacts to stimuli and sends signals to the brain. This allows the body to react to the stimuli. All the nerves form the central nervous system.

Nervous Tissue is the Most Important
I think the nervous tissue is the most important for the body. This helps the body respond to things that happen. If you put your hand on something hot your body will get the feeling of your hand burning. This will allow you to pull your hand away, before your hand is burnt.
