SESSION OVERVIEW
As both work activities and organizational structures change, the need for us to work at the peak of our effectiveness increase. This session focuses on using "self" as an instrument to overcome organizational factors (e.g. leadership, team dynamics, workplace culture, etc.) that hinder effectiveness in the workplace. We will identify ways to improve our professional and personal potential by making positive changes and managing ourselves more effectively.
Our panel of experts will provide tools to improve self-management as well as techniques to fulfill professional and personal goals.
Key Objectives:
Assessing our current level of effectiveness in terms of personal qualities, work habits and external influencing factors
Understanding adverse behaviors that impact our personal effectiveness
- Dealing with interruptions, workplace conflict and difficult employees
- Identifying practical tools that sustain personal effectiveness and lead to higher performance
