Email: School vs Personal
Your school email is a great way for the counseling center, teachers, and other school activities to get helpful information to you. While email is not necessarily how you chat with friends anymore, it is used more often to communicate in the college and professional world. We encourage you to check your school email at least once a week for announcements and information.
We do not recommend you using your school email address when completing college applications, scholarships, financial aid, or any type of communication you will need to access after you graduate. Your school email address will be deleted in July after you graduate. You might miss important reminders and opportunities when that email address is deleted.
