Passes during Lunch to your class
In order for a student to come to your class during lunch, they must have a pass. You can write them a pass for the whole year, but they must have a pass with their name on it. One pass per student.
Fast Pass to Student Services
In the future you might see some of our students with these Student Services passes. These passes will be given out selectively, to students who have experienced some type of trauma or are going through a tough time. Students will show these to you and will need to be allowed to leave your room to head to whomever is listed on the back of the fast pass. Please always allow these students to leave class if they show you this pass. Again, these will only be given out selectively.

Flex time and Leaving Campus
REQUESTING PERMISSION TO LEAVE CAMPUS DURING THE DAY It is necessary to know where staff members are during the day because of incoming calls, emergencies that could arise and for liability purposes. Requests to leave during the day should be minimized and used only for emergency situations. If you do need to leave, you must obtain permission by your administrator before leaving campus. Once permission is granted, sign-out with the Principal’s secretary. You must sign-in again if you return on the same day. Failure to follow these procedures may subject you to disciplinary action. Instructional staff members may not leave the campus for lunch.
Assessment Update
