What is the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets?
Want to join the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets?
We are one of the nation's six senior military colleges (Citadel, North Georgia, Norwich, Texas A&M, VMI, and Virginia Tech). Our goal is to graduate leaders with the highest standards of honor and integrity, and with a dedication to the spirit of Ut Prosim, That I May Serve.
The Corps of Cadets offers two tracks:
1) The Military-Leader Track is for cadets who want to enroll in an ROTC program (Army, Naval (including the Marine Option), or Air Force), and
2) The Citizen-Leader Track is for cadets who want to gain leadership experience for careers outside of the military (no military obligation). These students have valuable career preparation and networking opportunities, helping them get to where they want to be when they graduate.
