Harvest Fest is OCT 12th from 11AM - 2PM. TICKETS ARE ON SALE TODAY!

Take advantage of the advance purchase ticket prices! Get your tickets today! You can complete the following wufoo form quickly & easily from your phone or computer. Thank you to those who have already dropped off some candy & prize donations in the lobby. We still need to collect a lot more to supply our kiddos with a fun experience. Please consider picking up a bag of PEANUT FREE candy while you're at the grocery store and sending it in with your kid in the morning to drop in the big labeled bin in the lobby.

TRUNK OR TREAT cars still needed!

We still have 4 slots available to fill for our Trunk or Treat! Participants will arrive at 10 am and setup in the bus loop. Please text me if you are interested and let me know the theme you'd like to do, as you'll be the only car allowed to decorate in that theme. Candy will be provided and service hours will be awarded for the 4 hours you'll be there (10AM - 2PM).

PTO is putting together a silent auction fundraiser for Harvest Fest. We need donations to fill the gift baskets. The attached items are just ideas. We welcome any donation that would be suitable for auctioning as the gift baskets will be assembled according to what is donated. Please drop off your donations in the lobby (or send in with your child). Please bag your donation and label it "PTO HARVEST FEST DONATION" - we do not want your donation confused with the items for the Bahamas Drive. Thank you so much!

We need volunteers for Harvest Fest. Shifts will be posted in Raptor this week, but you may also contact me directly to let me know what you'd like to do at 561-512-9724 before shifts are posted. YOU MUST HAVE A RAPTOR ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE SERVICE HOURS. We will need help in the following areas:

Setup Friday Oct 11 at 6:30 PM (the night before) - organizing cafeteria tables, decorating

Setup Saturday Oct 12 at 9:00 AM (2 hours before event start time) - putting up canopies, decorating & organizing

Breakdown Saturday Oct 12 at 2PM (cleanup after the event)

During the event we need:

Outgoing, organized, FAST people to help run the door/entry

People to stand outside and direct parking

Helpers to run outdoor games

Helpers to run indoor games

People to keep event organized & tidy
