4th Grade Robotics By Nichelle Kruse
In 4th grade Robotics we learn about coding on Code.org. Mrs.Bruckner also teaches us about coding. This will help next year when we program the robots! It really helps. We are learning how Robotics work and what we will be doing next year if we join. Mrs.Bruckner calls it “ learning the ropes”. We got to practice building wheels for a robot! I took the challenge to use tracks, tracks are like a conveyor belt. But it just won’t work. :( Our teacher Mrs.Bruckner is AMAZING at helping us learn! I couldn’t dream of a better teacher. The Wessington Springs teams are the Spring Bots and the Hydro Squirtles.

Pheasant Season 2017 By Max Klein
Pheasant season can vary from year to year. This year with the dry conditions the hunters are seeing less pheasants. Some of the hunter's think it is hard to find pheasants in some places so they go to a hunting preserve. Every year I see hunters releasing pheasants, more this year than any other year because of the dry conditions.
4-H Halloween Carnival By Kate Dean
The 4-H Halloween carnival was on October 31, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the the ag building in town. There were lots of games and activities for people to play. Lots of people attended the carnival. Some of of the costumes were pirates, hunters, Mal and Carlos from Descendants, and lots of others. I think it is a great way to have lots of games and fun.
