Wise County Soil and Water Conservation Poster Contest
BES/BIS LINC students created posters for the upcoming Wise County Soil and Conservation contest. The finished products will be revealed after the conclusion of the competition.
Peppermint Candy Towers
BES/BIS LINC students were presented with the STEM challenge of building peppermint candy towers. The students used trial and error to discover how to best utilize paper, chenille sticks, and peppermints in order to complete the task.
Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science
BMS LINC Elective students participated in a Zoom presentation with UNT TAMS representatives! The students learned a lot about this wonderful academic opportunity.
Rubber Band Contest for Young Inventors
BMS LINC Elective students have been organizing and planning for their Rubber Band Contest entries. The contest deadline is in March. Be on the lookout for the finished products next semester.
Reindeer Feeders
BMS LINC Elective students put their critical thinking and creativity skills to work in order to create a reindeer feeder. Students then presented their feeders to the class. After the presentations, students voted for the following reindeer feeder awards.
