We are Hours away from a great day!
Lunch will be served to competitors, families, and all volunteers free of charge. Thanks to the Knights of Columbus, Mrs. Baird's Bread, Brotherton Foods, and Dale and Lori Potter, we will be dining on hot dogs, chips, cookies and will have water to drink. If you would like something else, you are welcomed to bring it.
Water is free to all who attend. We will have water and snack stations in various locations throughout the field.
Chairs and tents
Parents, you are welcomed to bring your own pop up tents and chairs. We will have a set up crew who can help you with it and/or show you where you can have space. If you plan to bring one, please check with Jessica Herman when you arrive.
Dress comfortably. Please wear tennis shoes. No flip-flops or open toed shoes. School appropriate shorts. Please wear team t-shirt you have been issued.
We will have plenty for you at the nurse's station if you forget to douse yourself before you leave the house.
Awards will be given at the end of the day. You will need to stay to receive your awards. All students will receive a medal, certificate, and goody bag. We will also have prize drawings, so you will want to stick around!
when you receive your shirts and bibs
We hope to have t-shirts this week. We will let you know when they are ready.
Please have your students wear their racing bibs on the FRONT of their shirts. I know that this interferes with the wonderful design of the shirt, but only for one day!
Also, please DO NOT SWITCH numbers with anyone. These numbers are assigned to students and are used for easy identification purposes.
When you receive your racing bib, there will be tear off tickets, please keep these in tact until event day!
