One of the Oak Park Public Library's amazing databases is CultureGrams. This is a great resource to learn about people in other countries! Listen to the national anthem, look at pictures, and try recipes. Learn about each country’s history, customs, and government, and see what everyday life is like. Are you trying to make math more real for your students? Use CultureGrams to compare population, size and other data of different countries. This is a great way to make math applicable to the real world!
