BVMS Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair is returning to the BVMS campus. The Book Fair will operate out of the the BVMS Library October 25 through October 29. Be on the lookout for promotional materials and further details in the coming weeks.

Important BVMS Procedures and Safety Information
Early Drop-Off
- If you are dropping off children between 7:00 and 7:30, you must do so at the entrance between the gym and the cafeteria.
Main Entrance Drop-Off
- Drop-off at our main entrance should only occur after 7:30.
- Please do not let students out of your vehicle until adults are on duty at 7:30.
Changes to Transportation
- You MUST contact the front office before 2:00pm to request a change to afternoon transportation in order for the school to guarantee it
Student Check-Out
- The person checking the student out must be listed on the student's check-out card
- No check-outs after 2:30pm
Afternoon Car Rider Pick-Up
- 6th and 7th Graders are to be picked up only at the main entrance on Chamberlain Ave.
- 8th Graders are to by picked up only at the entrance on 43rd St. near the auditorium.
- Please talk to your children about attentively waiting for their rides. If everyone is watching for their ride, we can get everyone waiting in the car rider line through the pick-up process safely and efficiently. Thank you for your patience and assistance with this matter!
- For the safety of all of our students, phones should NOT be out while students are waiting for their rides. If a student needs to make contact with a parent regarding transportation, they are to inform a BVMS faculty member on duty that will assist them with their transportation issue. Please find the attached copy of our Electronic Devices/Cell Phone Policy below.
Student Medication
All student medications need to be dropped off directly to Nurse Traci Easterling for proper storage and administration. Please call the school to speak with Nurse Traci to schedule a drop-off time prior to bringing any medication to the school. Thank you!
