Panther Pause
21 years of Pride at Colleyville Heritage High School
9.8.17
Panthers,
It is crazy to think that we are already finishing the third week of school. Throughout this week, you may have noticed that we adopted a school in Southeast Texas, Bridge City HS. Bridge City is a place very near and dear to my heart as I served as principal there prior to coming to CHHS. We are currently focusing our efforts to supporting those that lost so much in the flooding from Hurricane Harvey. We will have several opportunities to make monetary donations to support the relief efforts in this great community, starting tonight at the football game.
Speaking of the football game, tonight is going to be a great night to come support all of our students as they put their talents on display. The Friday experience is truly an amazing thing to see with all of the PRIDE on display by so many groups with CHHS students. The game starts tonight at 7:30pm at Mustang-Panther Stadium. You can purchase your tickets online this year by using the following link. On the volleyball front, they begin district play tonight as they travel to Carter Riverside. CHHS Volleyball is currently ranked 5 in the state with a record of 21-7. Needless to say, it is a great time to be a Panther!! Have a great weekend and GO PANTHERS!!

Student Voice
To me, CHHS PRIDE means being the best I can be; not only for myself, but for CHHS and the organizations I represent. Whether it's going with the band to football games and competitions or attending service events with a club. I'm proud to be a Colleyville Heritage student and I am always excited to give my best effort. PRIDE at CHHS is something this school has done a great job establishing and something that I'm so thankful to be a part of.

PROJECT GRADUATION
CHHS PTSA is excited to bring Project Graduation to the class of 2018! Project Graduation is a program designed to keep our seniors off the roads on graduation night in a safe, overnight lock-in event which is alcohol and drug free. We need your help! We need your ideas, your time, your services and your skills. We need to raise approximately $25,000 to provide our kids with a memorable event that is at no cost to them. Please help us start a new CHHS tradition for our kids! We can provide them with a safe, fun and memorable celebration with your help!
The event will be at Dave and Buster’s in Euless on May 31 and include tons of food and fun activities like games, karaoke, hypnotist, comedian or magician, plus prizes and giveaways. We hope to give away a car; and $50 cash to each student who attends but it all depends on you! If you can help by volunteering or donating funds, or if you own or know of a local business that would like to donate or be a sponsor, please sign up on the sign up genius link.
Fundraising has already begun!
You can help now by selling or purchasing tickets for our 50/50 drawing that will take place every HOME football game at Mustang Panther stadium! To purchase, look for our volunteers in the parking lot during tailgating, at the front gates, in the concession area and stands selling tickets until half time. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. The winner gets half the pot and the rest goes to Project Graduation. Help us by signing up for a shift to sell tickets! WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR TONIGHT’S GAME! Students can also volunteer for service hours!! Have them bring their card to be signed. Click on the link to volunteer.
