For Napoleon , returning to France meant the return of French Military. Napoleon offered stability while France was trying to how to run their country without a king. He revolutionized military organization and training. He also sponsored the Napoleon code. The Napoleon code made equality for all citizens, religious freedom, abolition feudalism, and took away religious rights of woman that they gained through the French Revolution. Only Britain remained out of Napoleons power because they had the benefit of being on an island. Although Napoleons empire faced challenges he was considered one of the greatest military leaders.
