Share Your Thoughts About Your Experience at Lincoln!!
Dear Lincoln Parents,
Please take a few minutes to complete the Illinois 5Essentials survey and let us know how we are doing. The survey rates how a school is performing in areas such as leadership, collaboration, family involvement, support, and instruction.
Now that 5Essentials is administered every year, it will be more useful for planning. Results from the survey will be used by both our school and the District 200 Board of Education to help guide our efforts.
We are getting close to the 20% response rate that the state requires to receive a parent report for our school. If you haven't done so already, please take a few minutes to complete the survey and let us know how we are doing.
To take the short survey:
- Visit https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/
- Choose the Parent Survey.
- Enter “Dupage” for our county.
- Begin typing Lincoln until you see the correct address.

- 2:00 per act time limit
- 5th Graders can also emcee (counts as 1 act)
- Acts/Content/Music must be content-appropriate
We are looking forward to seeing you at the audition and will send more info your way soon!
We are also looking for volunteers for:
- Tryouts
- Rehearsal
- Show (If you volunteer for the show, make an effort to come to the rehearsal too for your own dry run!) - backstage support, greeting audience, handing out programs
