Customer Care
I hope everyone had a fabulous and filling Thanksgiving! We had another fabulous month here in Customer Care with the customer interactions finally picking up for the holiday.
There hasn't been a ton of feedback circulating from customers this month, but I do have some listed below:
- customers interested in more small bags/clutches
- more separate gold and silver jewelry pieces, unlike some of the mixed metal pieces we already carry
- small sewing kits, as cute gift ideas!
- and of course, the usual feedback about shoe sizes (below I have posted ticket information from one customer)

OK. I'll do that. I need to break out of the brown mold. I love some of the shoes in red, green and blue on your site, but I get frustrated by all of the cute shoes that do not come in larger sizes (or are in size 41 but run small). If you would pass along a message to the buyers, I'd love to see more shoes in 9.5 - 11 that are true to size. (many of the shoes I'm noticing are sold out of the 40 and 41's, so there must be some ladies that wear larger sizes, right?)"
Well, that is all I have for this month! I hope everyone enjoys themselves and has an absolutely wonderful holiday! :)
VENDOR PROBLEMS
One thing buyers should look out for is if your styles are pushing correctly from Supply to Oracle and Admin. We are experiencing several hang-ups with styles simply not appearing in Admin or Oracle. These instances generally have an easy enough solution, but taking a pro-active approach on the buying end to make sure PO's are ready to be received in Oracle will help get items on the website faster.
