Saturday 8am will be Jillian Michaels BodyShred starting 1/16
Saturday 3pm will be CrossFit starting 1/16
Sunday 8:30am CrossFit will be moved to a 3pm start time starting 1/17
New Classes Added to the Schedule
Ryde and Yoga with Evie
Class will start off with a 30 minute ride that will get your heart rate pumping and your body warm and followed by 40 minutes of yoga flow & ending in a blissful sivasana This dynamic workout that will leave your body and mind aligned and balanced.
This class is open to all memberships. If you can't register online, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add you to the class!

Each class is 45 minutes long and is designed to burn fat and improve cardio, strength and overall fitness. Rowers should expect to row at least a goal range of meter during the class. Our classes are offered to all levels of experience and each rower will work at his/her own intensity.*
Warm-up and WOD (No Strength Component)
3 Class Beginners Session ~ Cycling Studio
Wednesdays at 6:30pm (1/13, 1/20 and 1/27)
This Beginners Session is a 3 class session where you can come learn to spin in a bubble so to speak. You will learn how to set up your bike, class and bike terminology and how to make each class adaptable to your individual goals. We will ease our way into a full 50 minute class and you will leave with the ability to walk into any spin class, at any gym, and be confident that you will kick butt and look good doing it!!!
Cost: $30 for all three classes

2 Hour Monthly Mash-up Ryde
A little bit of every class from the month mixed and matched into a 2 Hour Ryde. Class will start with a nice long warmup, followed by shorter working sets and adequate recovery so that each rider can sustain their efforts for the 2 hour ryde. *Not recommended as a first class!
