Health Guidance for Going to School
We want to partner with our families to make our school a safe, healthy and welcoming environment for your students.
Make sure to send your child to school if they are generally healthy and able to participate in their usual day-to-day activities. Avoid keeping children at home unless they are too sick to participate.
We have put together this helpful chart of when to keep your child home and when they can return to school for common illnesses.
College Night Information
Hello Senior Families,
The Fraser High School counselors met with the senior class this past Tuesday to discuss important information regarding senior year and post-secondary options. We have attached the presentation for parents and any students that were unable to attend during SMART.
At our College Night for Senior Families, Oakland University presented information on the new FAFSA requirements and resources for paying for college. Please see the attached presentation. If you were unable to attend, Oakland University will also be hosting live webinars during the month of October. Please visit the link below for more information.

John Underwood
We were excited to have John Underwood, Founder/ Director Life of an Athlete/ Human Performance Project, visit Fraser on Thursday, September 21st, 2023.
Mr. Underwood is a former NCAA All-American, International-level distance runner and World Masters Champion. He has coached or advised more than two dozen Olympians including many World and Olympic Champions.
Mr. Underwood is an internationally recognized human performance expert, specializing in recovery, peaking training and lifestyle impact on mental and physical performance. His innovative program “Human Performance Project” has gained international prominence. His program has been used by the US Navy and the US Airforce and Top Gun Jet fighter pilots.
He has prepared a presentation tailored specifically for Coaches. Mr. Underwoods recognizes that Coaches have a tremendous responsibility to positively influence their team as athletes develop very strong bonds with coaches. Coaches hold an important leadership role at a very significant and impressionable time in an athlete’s life. Part of this responsibility is to promote positive lifestyle choices among the athletes. When a coach talks to players about the importance of nutrition and the dangers of sleep deprivation and drugs, the message is more effective because “Coach” is speaking.
