YOU ARE NOT ALONE....
Why is binge eating different from overeating?
Overeating, which is a phenomenon that affect many Americans everyday, is the over consumption of food in a gradual manner. Binge eating disorder is the result of low self esteem and a low quality of life and this large consumption of food is a way for those suffering from this disorder to find comfort.
Who is afflicted with this disorder?
You are not alone in your struggle against BED. Binge eating disorder affects nearly 3 million Americans today. Although, studies show that the ratio of women to men who suffer from this disorder is 5-1. But this information should not stop anyone from joining us here at the Temple Of Healing.
