School Uniform Information and Instructions for Ordering

Dear Parents,
Saint John Academy has made great progress during the past school year and we look forward to a fantastic 2019-2020 school year. Looking forward on our positive trend we are enhancing the look, duration and comfort of our school uniforms. Please take a moment to re-familiarize yourself with some important uniform changes that will go into effect when school resumes in August 2019.
Uniforms for K-5 will be grandfathered over the next year to a new uniform. This means that anyone wishing to keep the current school uniform in grades K-5 for the 2019/2020 school year are able to do so. If you have a student in K-5 and would like to begin the 2019/2020 year in the new school uniform, we fully encourage you to do so. New uniforms for grades 6-8 are required for the 2019/2020 school year.
The vendor for our jumpers, skirts and skorts will be the Hilfiger brand. Hilfiger has configured a web page for our parents to purchase any items on the uniform list. All jumpers, skirts and skorts must be purchased at Hilfiger. It is recommended that all other items listed be purchased at either Hilfiger or Land’s End. Please consult the uniform organizer as you purchase items. We are in the midst of freshening up our SJA coat of arms, therefore the uniform will not need to be embroidered or patched at this time.

Ordering Instructions
1. Go to www.globalschoolwear.com
2. On the Find Your School page, please enter either your Partner School Code STJO25 or search by school name and
location. Please also select your student’s grade, gender and program type.
3. The website will automatically apply logo requirements (or options) as determined by your school’s administrative
team.
4. Once you have identified a product for purchase, select your color, size, logo (if applicable), and quantity. After clicking
“Add to Cart”, the items will be added to your shopping cart, and you will be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout Now.
5. If you have questions about sizing, click on the Size Chart link. If you still have questions after using our Size Chart,
please call the toll-free customer service number below; our customer service team will be happy to assist.
6. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order
has shipped, you will receive an email confirming ship date and tracking information.
Please allow 10-12 business days from the time your order is placed for it to be delivered.
7. Your order history will be stored in your account, and you can come back to the website anytime, 24/7, to place
additional orders.
