Windy Hill Foundation
COVID-19 Update from Bob Dale, Executive Director
Dear Friends,
On behalf of Windy Hill Foundation, I would like to extend my personal wish that you and your loved ones remain safe and well during this unprecedented global epidemic.
Like all of you, the lives of our residents have been altered dramatically. All of our programs, from the after-school programs for the children to the wide array of activities for the older adults, have been canceled, our community rooms have been closed, and our meal programs have been curtailed.
I want to update you on what Windy Hill is doing to further our mission and protect our community during this very challenging time.
· We are distributing community-donated face masks to our residents.
· Partnering with many of our valued community organizations, Windy Hill staff members are working tirelessly to meet the daily needs of our residents. This includes food and meal support, as well as assistance with utility bills.
· Windy Hill Foundation’s Board of Directors has assured our families and seniors that no one will be evicted for the non-payment of rent during this crisis.
· Windy Hill has been busy researching all available grants and funding sources so that we can ensure a continuum of service to the Windy Hill community
Our goal is to ensure our families and older residents are able to safely quarantine without putting their homes or health in jeopardy during this crisis. Together we can get through this and provide a brighter future for our Windy Hill community.
TOGETHER ...
we will stay healthy and will be learning and playing side by side soon.

OUR MISSION REMAINS INTACT!
Our resolve has never been stronger. With hard work, faith, and love, Windy Hill will continue to provide affordable housing opportunities and services that encourage self-sufficiency among our residents in Loudoun and Fauquier.
Windy Hill and our residents will weather this storm. We hope we can count on your support as we continue in our mission. You can be assured that your gift, however large or small, will make a difference in this uncertain time. This storm shall pass, please help Windy Hill limit the damage in our community.
Thank you for all you do for Windy Hill and again, stay safe at home with your families and be well.
With appreciation,
Bob
