Raymond B. Stewart Middle School
Hello Bulldog Families,
We have concluded our first week of assessments. Next week students will continue to test in various grade levels and in various subjects. Please take some time to look at the parent friendly testing calendar for more information.
I am excited to announce that RBSMS has been awarded a grant to bring back the DELTA programs. There is an after school and summer DELTA program for RBSMS students. Please see the flyers in the newsletter for more information on both of them, including how to register. Both programs are also currently taking registrations. For more information or questions about DELTA please please call, (727) 774-2298.
As the school year comes to a close with 15 remaining days, please take some time to check current grades in the myStudent parent portal. If you have any questions please reach out to the teachers directly for assistance.
8th Grade Parents: An official invitation for the 8th grade promotion ceremony will be coming home very soon. Please mark your calendar, the ceremony will be on Thursday 5/25 at 8:30am. Parents are invited for the 8th grade clap out that will happen before the ceremony on the same day, 5/25, at 8:10am. For security purposes we are required to check-in all visitors to campus. In order to expedite the check-in process the morning of the ceremony we are asking for parents to RSVP at this site (https://rbsms.pasco.k12.fl.us/mform/view.php?id=46822) and list the legal name and DOB of every person attending the ceremony. You can also RSVP by calling 813-794-6502 and speaking with April Luneack. If you do not RSVP, you will be required to check in through the front office before coming into the gym the morning of the ceremony.
The 8th grade dance is on Friday, 5/12, 7pm-9pm, and tickets will be on sale Monday 5/8 to Friday 5/12 during lunches. If you have any questions regarding 8th grade activities please call the school, 813-794-6500.

ESE Parent Survey
Please use the QR code to the Florida Department of Education's ESE Parent Survey. It is available through June 30, 2023. Please scan this code with your mobile device to take this brief survey that will provide our district with vital information about improving services and results for children with disabilities. This is not a survey intended for parents of students receiving only gifted services. The survey can also be accessed at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ESEParentSurvey.
Thank you.
