Before entering the real estate sales market as a licensed professional,I spent my entire life around the housing market. Hailing from a family of property investors, I developed a keen eye for the details that make a property highly desirable and an understanding of what it takes to see the big picture when it comes to a properties true potential. I consider my self a gifted communicator who prides himself of listening to his clients needs and then working at full force until those needs are met. I am a self-proclaimed "bargain hunter by nature", I thrive on finding amazing deals, and passing them on to my clients.

Committed to keeping my clients as informed as possible, I'm continuously educating myself on the current trends and fluctuations of today's South Florida marketplace. I believe that it is my job to guide my clients through the real estate process from start to finish, and that begins with knowing the current market. I want my clients to rest assured that any property we find that fits their needs is also a great and sound investment that will maximize their investment dollars.

Born and raised in Miami I come from a long line of hard-working professionals. As a lifelong resident of Miami, I attended the American Academy before beginning my professional career. Today, I am a successful sales agent with a growing network of clients across South Florida and beyond. Im also an avid car collector and enjoy building high performance engines, a hobby that has given me an unparalleled eye for detail. Im a natural born competitor, there is no task that I deem impossible and I thrive of taking on, an conquering, challenging pursuits.

David’s background reflects his strong commitment to integrity and service. A Sergeant for more than eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, he led, instructed and coached several teams of Marines, specializing in armory management. His excellence in training and development was recognized with numerous awards.

After leaving the military, David pursued a career in real estate. Partnering with his father, he founded The Kurz Corp, which marketed and promoted South Florida communities to buyers and brokers in the Northeast. He managed a team of eight agents and led successful sales seminars in Florida and New York.

A rapidly changing real estate market led him to shift his focus to South Florida, and David established the KARE Team, specializing in the Miami area. The company identified a need and directed its expertise at assisting clients in the complexities of short sales and foreclosures.

After nearly eight years of running his own company, David was offered the opportunity to bring his talent and experience to Douglas Elliman Miami. There he leveraged the Kurz Team, a group dedicated to outstanding client service in the Miami area.
