From the School Nurse
All parents please remember to come and pick up any medications or cough drops your student may have in the nurse office. Anything left after May 30th will be destroyed.
Parents may get forms for the next school year to have completed by their physician over the summer for medications, asthma & anaphylaxis plans, and consents to carry inhalers or EpiPens at school. REMEMBER - all medication policies are district wide and apply to every campus. Students may not carry and self-administer any medication including Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl or cough drops. All medication must be in the nurse office in an original non-expired container with a signed Parent Request for Administration of Medication. Students may not have Aleve, Excedrin or Midol or any other over-the-counter medication without an order/note from their physician. For any questions regarding this, please contact your campus nurse.
6th Graders please continue to turn in the updated immunization records for 7th grade in August. Thank you to those 6th grade students who have turned in their updated immunization record. It will help things go more smoothly returning to school in August.
