Spring MPAC Meeting
OMA Multicultural Parents Advisory Council
Join the Multicultural Parents Advisory Council
Welcome to the Murray State University family! One of the most important programs available to parents is the Multicultural Parents Advisory Council (MPAC). MPAC was established with the following four major goals:
· To help you adjust to the university’s processes and procedures;
· To familiarize you with the support services available to you and your student(s);
· To create an atmosphere where you can meet other parents and develop lifelong bonds; and
· To enable you to more effectively take advantage of the opportunities available to you as a parent of a student at MSU.
This year we have scheduled three (3) MPAC general body meetings. The MPAC general body meetings are designed to provide opportunities to plan activities and projects, network with new and veteran parents and acquaint you with the services available to you, including MPAC, the Office of Student Affairs and the Alumni Office. We hope you are able to attend one or all of these important meetings. Please call 270-809-6836 if you would like more information.
