Rejected supremacy of the Roman Pope, over local leaders Emperor is closest to god and the Emperor.

Roman Catholic (West)

Accepted the view that the Holy Spirit combines both the father and the son.

Eastern Orthodox (East)

Maintained supremacy of the father in the Trinity.
