OLVCS Updates
Led By the Spirit...........................January 17, 2020
Good afternoon,
Right around the corner is Catholic Schools Week, with the kick-off Mass Sunday, January 26th at 9:30.
This is the week that we celebrate the great things about Our Lady of Victory in conjunction with Catholic schools across the country. As our veteran families know, there is a lot going on, and it is great fun! (more information will follow)
Once again we will be collecting soup for State College Food Bank, and will be having a design competition to add to the fun. You may start sending in canned soup next week for the homeroom competition. Below are some photos from last year.
Also below, is a sign-up for the CSW (Catholic Schools Week) Mass procession. Please sign up by Monday, January 20th.
In addition to the procession, I will need 3 altar servers, 2 readers, 1 offertory, and 4 greeters. Other than the altar servers, these students can be in the procession if need be. Please send me an email if your child would be interested in volunteering.
Finally, we do not have school Monday, January 20th.
Make it a Great Day!
~ Mrs. Weakland
Next week: OFF, A, M, B, C
