Reminder -- Scale Back Alabama School Program Kicks Off January 6, 2015

Scale Back Alabama 2015 is a statewide contest held in January each year to encourage Alabamians to lose weight, exercise, and have fun while doing it. The 2015 contest begins January 6! We encourage you and your school to participate. There is no cost to take part in Scale Back Alabama. The contest is for adults age 18 and older.
