Biology Course Update

In this issue:

Check Your Grades: Grades Have Been Updated!

At each Assignment Due date, grades are updated by the teacher. Zeros are entered for any missing assignments from the student's schedule. Students and parents should view grades and notify the teacher of any issues. Students are encouraged to turn in missing work for partial credit according to GaVS late policy (see below.)

You will receive a course update email from me every two weeks, immediately after an Assignment Due Date.

Please read through the newsletter for helpful information.

This message appears in your gradebook where a zero has been entered:

OneNote: Biology Class Notebooks

Our class has been selected to pilot the use of OneNote Notebooks. We are very lucky to get early access to this GAVS feature! If you have used Evernote, OneNote, or other notetaking apps, you will love our Biology Class Notebook. It's an organized place to access resources for assignments, bonus assignments, collaborate with peers on completing study guides, and take notes for your labs/tests/projects in the course.

Use of the Notebook is optional but all students have access to it. Watch the video below to learn about how to access and use the notebook.
