Please review the dates to remember below, especially in reference to pictures on Monday and Tuesday. Modified dress is allowed only on the specific day pictures are scheduled for your student’s grade level.
Also, if you did not receive the email pertaining to the change in the wearing of masks, the message is provided here. As stated in the communication, the mask protocol is subject to change for any of the reasons listed. Thank you for doing your part in keeping our students, staff, and community safe.
Fall Sports Meeting
Mr. Heinz will be holding a fall sports meeting for girls volleyball and boys soccer on Monday, August 30th at 5:30 pm in the auditorium. More information regarding athletics is below.
Fall pictures are this coming Monday and Tuesday, August 30th and 31st. Modified dress is for students ONLY on their scheduled picture day.
- Monday, August 30th (Kindergarten through 4th Grade)
- Tuesday, August 31st (5th Grade through 8th Grade)
This will be the picture that is in the yearbook as well as on ID’s. All orders can be purchased online through Lifetouch Photography. Picture code EVTHB4CJX
If your student will not be in attendance on either of those dates, picture retakes are scheduled for October 12th for all grade levels.

Pastries with the Principals
Please click HERE for an overview of sports offered at Bromley, including game schedules. Fall sports include Boys soccer and Girls volleyball. Students must turn in this completed packet and a current physical to the office to participate in practice. All fees must be paid in full. Cheerleading is open to current 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Open gym will be held on 8/31 and 9/1 in the small gym after school from 4:00-5:00. Tryouts will be held on 9/7 and 9/9 from 4:00-5:00. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Walker at email@example.com.
Board of Directors
The BECS Board of Directors is seeking to fill an open board member position! If you, or someone you know, have an interest in contributing to the success of our school and want to make a positive impact for students and our BECS community, we want to hear from you!
What Does the BECS Board of Directors Do?
The Board is a policy governance board that works to guide and steer the school to achieve its global end-goals and mission through policy governance. We work with our wonderful executive directors throughout the school year to ensure BECS remains a preeminent charter school in Colorado.
What Can I Expect As A Board Member?
Board members serve a three (3) year term
Attend the monthly Board meeting (2nd Wednesday of the month from 6 pm - 7 pm MT)
Encouraged to attend the annual day-long Board retreat in the summer
Participate/ volunteer throughout the year at various BECS events as your schedule permits (Kindergarten & 8th-grade graduation, science fair, Linkage meetings, etc.)
Consider joining the BECS Board of Directors! Additional information and the board member application are linked below. Applications are due by August 31 by 4 pm MT. Interviews will occur at the September 8, 2021 monthly Board meeting. We look forward to hearing from you!
